Jamie Murphy has over 20 years of Cyber, Networking and IT Security experience, holding senior positions across the industry. Starting his career at pioneering ISP UUNET PIPEX in 1995, he quickly carved a flourishing early sales career. Further experience was gained at the IP focused value-added distributor Unipalm, where he built solid business relationships still in place today, promoting and selling new technologies such as Netscape, FTP Software and Check Point FW 1.
After thriving in both direct and indirect sales roles for Worldpay (PSP) and Computerlinks, Jamie helped develop Crossbeam in the Northern European market place, trailblazing early firewall virtualisation and UTM solutions for large enterprise and service providers, whilst developing a channel strategy which was executed successfully across a number of key VARs and Integrators.
Most recently in the role of UK Sales Director for NTT Com Security, he was responsible for transforming the sales organisation, whilst growing revenues and business across the UK to over £100m per annum. In previous Senior Sales roles (prior to other leadership positions at NTT) in his first 5 years at NTT Com Security/Integralis he was responsible for individually contributing over £50m of Security Sales, driving UK and Global relationships with Financial Services, System Integration and FTSE 100 businesses.

Steve Mullan is a leading figure within the InfoSec Channel community, having spent over 15 years in senior commercial roles spanning leading global Distribution, Vendor and Reseller organisations. Steve has a proven record in streamlining the solution delivery process, providing complex deployments into the most challenging of environments both nationally and globally. Steve ran the vendor management function at NTT Com Security, managing over 70 vendors simultaneously, whilst coordinating and negotiating the commercial and logistical elements of some of the organisation’s biggest projects.
Most recently, Steve was involved in assisting the founding of a UK-based Security Value Added Reseller where he focused on new and innovative cyber technologies looking for an early entry into the UK market. Over the 18-month period from commencement, successful contracts were won with leading organisations within the gaming, insurance and financial sectors and early wins were recognised for a number of new technology vendors entering the UK in 2015/16.
With his significant vendor and channel experience, Steve has an insight and a process that allows him to determine how a business can be more effective and what needs to be done with efficiency. Nikki has over 17 years’ experience in sales and technology, building and accelerating the growth of businesses through the creation and execution of strategic sales strategies, including applied sales excellence and optimising ‘go to market’ channels.
Nikki is passionate about driving high business growth via a channel model which focuses on significant customer satisfaction and consequent retention, whilst also assisting partners in improving customer penetration for both small businesses and global enterprises. She has a strong, proven track record for creating, growing and motivating various channels with both established and net new technologies and Nikki is also an accomplished channel and business development evangelist, who has experience of drawing together numerous teams across multiple countries to deliver solutions for the business.
Dominic has worked in the IT industry for 20 years, across a broad range of technologies. Working alongside key Vendors, Distributors, Partners and End Users, Dominic’s principle focus has been on establishing and growing new disruptive technology businesses in the UK and across EMEA.
12 years at Computerlinks brought exposure to innovation across Security and Networking, Virtualisation, Workspace, Mobility and Storage. As a result, Dominic has a unique perspective on the challenges faced by the IT Channel and End User consumers of technology. Dominic ultimately ran the division at Computerlinks responsible for introducing and driving innovation across the Group.
More recently, Dominic was the Worldwide Director of Channels at Atlantis Computing with responsibility for managing the global partner, distribution and alliances network.
Dominic is an enthusiastic evangelist of new tech and working with companies to drive agile innovation for the purpose of delivering business benefit.
Kathryn has been working within the IT Networking and Security industry for over 21 years, with a primary focus on product and service management. She began her career as a purchasing officer at UUNET PIPEX and quickly progressed within the industry to set-up and manage the UK Services Division at Unipalm, later Computerlinks.
Working within distribution, Kathryn has been responsible for managing well-established technologies, introducing new vendors to the channel and creating, developing and launching cutting-edge and traditional value added services.
Kathryn has built a vast array of total security solutions, identifying markets and matching customer needs with innovative solutions. Her major strengths lie in taking new products and services to market, helping build and extend channels and grow business for vendors and customers alike. Goto-market strategy, branding, marketing, contract negotiation, commercial agreements, customer engagement and relationship building are all areas in which Kathryn is accomplished, and enjoys.

As a results-oriented sales person Rachel has over 14 years experience in the IT network and security industry, having been responsible for managing System Integrators and tier-one multi-country strategic re-seller accounts. By introducing products and services from leading vendor portfolios, her proactive approach has supported re-seller and vendor partners with their go-to-market technologies and activities.
As an Account Director, Rachel has been responsible for commercial agreements, marketing plans, vendor engagement and drive and has always maintained long-term customer partnerships. She excels in developing solid relationships with vendors and partners alike. Believing in the adage, ‘people buy from people’, Rachel strives for customer satisfaction, always looking for development initiatives and further opportunities for growth.
Interfacing with all points of contact within her customer base and creating strategic alliances with organisation leaders, in order to effectively align and support key business initiatives, has resulted in strong, mutually beneficial relationships and positive business outcomes.
Jessica is a proven and trusted multi-disciplined Marketing Professional with a degree and over 20 years’ experience within the Cyber Security and Info Security Industry. She began her career at Esso and moved into Info Security soon after. Joining MIS CDS as a Marketing Executive for a small turnover VAR and soon progressed to Marketing Manager, repositioning the business as a MSSP. The business went through many changes including MBO’s, Acquisitions which lead to the business being rebranded to SecureData and Jessica being promoted to Head of Marketing and becoming an intricate part of the management team.
Jessica’s has built a multitude of skills and expertise over the years and her key strengths include; strategy and planning, go-to-market planning and launches, re-branding, product positioning, budget management, staff mentoring and management, lead generation inclusive of event planning and execution, telemarketing management, PR and thought leadership, digital marketing and marketing automation.
Before working for CBG Emma worked for two years at a charitable organisation, however her background is in entertainment, having worked for Paramount Pictures managing DVD and Blu-ray releases for the UK, France and Germany. Prior to this she worked for Warner Music UK, managing new music releases and then moved to a role at Sony BMG.
Emma is proactive and analytical in her approach to work and her key strengths lie in her strong organisational skills and attention to detail, which come from a proven track record of managing multiple, concurrent, high-profile projects; working to strict deadlines; and liaising closely with clients and suppliers across different continents to ensure results are delivered on time. Emma also has an honours degree in Management from the University of Manchester.
Ben Bidnell is a Partner in leading London based accountancy firm Shipleys LLP with over 20 years of experience providing commercial, corporate finance and assurance services to SME and Mid Cap companies (UK and International) across a range of industries and sectors including media, technology and financial services.
Ben’s career began at Deloitte where he spent seven years in the Cambridge office in the mid 1990s at the time of the city’s emerging technology boom. He then moved to London to join Shipleys LLP in 2002, becoming a Partner in 2006.
He has an interest in the emergence of cyber and cloud based technologies and the impact and opportunities for consumers and businesses.
